⋆ Feel free to ask me if I can draw your character! I may not be able to draw overly complex characters, but I’m always open to taking a look at your design and letting you know.⋆I cannot draw things like complex robotics, mechanics, or highly detailed clothes / accessories. These are listed as I know I cannot do these types of things justice, and do not wish to give a client a bad product.⋆ I only do and specialize in cartoon gore! Please keep that in mind when requesting this type of content. Cartoon depictions blood, guts, meat, and bones are all things I am comfortable doing. I can also draw plush, fruit, and candy gore.⋆ I work full-time, so art is not my job! Please be aware that your commission can take a day to complete, or a few months depending on how life goes. Feel free to give me a nudge whenever you'd like to check up on progress.

★ Artist Rights ★
I reserve the right to decline any commission request without further explanation.
When buying a commission from me, whether it be a drawing or custom character, you're therefore buying my work and labour. I still have the copyrights to the art I make you, meaning I may repost it to other websites, use them as examples, or use them to show off my artistic ability. This DOES NOT mean I own the characters portrayed in the works, only the art itself. I will NOT resell completed commissions.★ Art Usage ★
Any form or referencing, tracing, or redistribution of my work is prohibited.
My art can be re-posted on personal social media accounts like your DeviantArt, Tumblr, Facebook, or other social media. Websites like stash, toyhouse, or other character storage sites are authorized, but FULL CREDIT for my artwork must be provided.
You're free to crop my art and edit it for personal usage. (I.E fursuit badges, banners, icons, etc. Note that this applies to only the commissioner and nobody else.)Commissions are sold for personal use only, meaning you cannot use my artwork for any sort of financial gain without my explicit, written permission beforehand. This includes putting my art on t-shirts, stickers, or any other form of merchandising.
In the event you would like to commission me for a design you can use commercially, please explicitly state this when contacting me and we can sort out terms. Thank you!In addition, you DO NOT have the right to turn my artwork into an NFT (non-fungible token) and mint/sell the artwork upon receiving it. In the event that you do, serious action will be taken.I also DO NOT consent to any of my artwork being used to train AI Image-Generative software.★ References ★
Please provide a clear reference of your character when submitting your form. I will not accept poor references ( traditional art, shaded art, obstructed art, etc.) as this makes drawing / coloring your character difficult. While not required, you can add small tid-bits about your character's personality to help me portray them in a way that overall fits them.★ Edits and Revisions ★
I will edit art if there are any mistakes made on my behalf (incorrect colors, markings, etc.) at no extra cost.
For any major edits that are caused by insufficient information given when commissioning me (poor reference sheets, limited resources, etc.), there might be a fee depending on how big of an edit you'd like.
If you'd like me to redraw a commission you didn't like, you must pay full price for a whole new drawing.
Feel free to edit small things yourself. This includes things like markings, patterns, or anything else that is incorrect, but doesn’t warrant any form of major reconstruction to the piece.

★ Payments ★
I primarily accept PayPal for payment. Payment is typically required upfront, and I will not begin working until the commission is paid in full.Looking to barter?

Refunds are available on request as life can be messy and I completely understand that bills may come up unexpectedly.However, as art is my full-time job and the main source of my income, I will not provide refunds on commissions that have already been started. I do not offer any refunds for completed pieces.If your commission has not been started, you're free to request a refund at any time.★ Deactivation / Account Closure ★
If you happen to deactivate your account after commissioning me, move accounts, or leave social media, I will put your commission on "hold". This means I will not make any forward progress on your commission. Please let me know if you plan to move accounts or leave prior to the event and I can either issue you a refund or send you your commission via email or other social media.★ Work in Progress Shots ★
WIP screenshots will be provided upon request, but will also be sent out in stages (sketch, lineart, and colour.) This way, you're free to request any changes as I work to ensure you receive a finished product that you're happy with. The colour stage is the final stage, so after it receives your approval, no further changes can be requested as the piece will be polished and then sent to you as a complete illustration. Please keep this In mind when replying, thank you!★ Note: If requesting WIP screenshots, be aware this may slow down the process as I can finish a piece in a few days once started. Once WIPs are sent to you, I will not progress without being given the OK.★ Note 2: This should go without saying, but using AI to complete WIPs will result in a permanent, non-negotiable blacklist.*My prices may be out of your budget, but I have rent and several other financial responsbilities. Complaining about my prices will result in refusal of service as it comes off as disrespectful. I do not owe anyone an explanation as to "why" I'm charging the prices I do.
If I'm out of your budget, please seek out an artist within your budget as my rates are not flexible. Thank you!

★ General Use ★
-You're free to use my design(s) for commercial value. I.E; Making it a company mascot or making merch of it so long as you are not using my original artwork for monetary value.-You're free to change the name, gender, personality, or species of the design if you wish.-You may freely commission art, items, anything of the character as they are yours! I love seeing people enjoy their characters!★ Ownership Terms ★
- All of my designs, whether you received it via trade, sale, or gift, will always retain its value after you receive it. If the character comes with extra art, feel free to price it as you deem fit.
-You may not revoke or forcefully steal my designs from others. If you trade/sell/rehome it, it is out of your hands. Each design is still my intellectual property, so only I retain the right to put rules on them. Unless you and another party have a mutual agreement, you may not place your own rules on the design.-Co-Owning is allowed, but you CAN NOT charge people for a co-own! It must remain free.

★ Payment★
-Full payment must be made for the OC / Custom within 48 hours of claiming it. If the payment isn't received, I reserve the right to put it back up for sale without notice.
-I am unable to refund adoptables. If you become uninterested in the character after you buy it, just trade or resell it.
-If you do not like a custom character design you received and want a new one, I reserve the right to keep the design and resell it at a later date.-I will not be held responsible for others scamming with my designs. I am not financially responsible for other people.-Please DO NOT adopt a design to resell it at a high price markup immediately after. I cannot hold you to this rule, but if I see you doing this, I'll be hesitant to sell to you again in the future.★ Redesigns and Edits ★
-You're free to make design edits and change minor details. (For example, colour hue changes, slight marking edits, etc.) The new design must in some way resemble the original, however.-If you wish to change the species of a design (I.E. changing a dog to a cat, or changing a character to/from an original species.) please feel free to do so. You don't need to ask me beforehand!

Specific poses, props, expressions, etc. can be provided if you're aiming for a specific personality or aesthetic.Shading is not available for this option to ensure the design is clear and easy to see..You're free to include moodboards, aesthetics, music, etc. that you'd like me to use for design inspiration also. It's preferred you include these things when submitting your commission form!

MYSTERY Designs: $55+These customs are artistic liberty, but you're free to provide me a species and a theme/moodboard to use as reference material for your design!
(NOTE: Mystery designs DO NOT come with WIP shots as these are artistic liberty, and usually get done in one swoop.)

PWYW Commissions start at $35 USD!PWYW commissions are fairly experimental, and are a mixed bag as a result. You may not get the same art someone else got from a PWYW commission as a result!
